Direct Finance Analyst (fixed-term project-based)

About the role

The Direct Finance Analyst will manage a portfolio of raw material and packaging within the Purchase to Pay Services Americas (P2P) area. This fixed‑term, project‑based position ensures material supply by collaborating with stakeholders across the P2P chain.

Key responsibilities

• Process documents in SAP for the assigned portfolio, ensuring compliance with standard processes and FRC controls.
• Respond to supplier and internal customer inquiries within established parameters.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal business partners in the Americas, understanding stakeholder needs throughout the P2P chain.
• Identify training opportunities for internal customers and provide suitable solutions.
• Monitor on‑time payment KPIs and drive efficiency improvements across the P2P chain.

Required profile

• Student or graduate in Public Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in similar finance or procurement roles.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
