Graduate HR Generalist – AMER Region

About the role

We are seeking a Graduate HR Generalist to support our teams across the Americas. In this remote position you will help build a future‑focused HR function, providing day‑to‑day assistance to employees and managers while driving global HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Answer employee queries on contracts, onboarding, benefits and employment verification, escalating when needed.
• Maintain the HR information system (HRIS) with accurate and timely updates for new hires, changes and terminations.
• Own and contribute to global initiatives such as engagement surveys, training programs and culture projects.
• Partner with managers to support HR processes and implement people strategies within your area.
• Process country‑specific onboarding documentation, set up systems and coordinate introductory reviews for new hires.
• Assist employees with benefits enrollment and payroll data, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
• Liaise with payroll providers to guarantee smooth salary payments.
• Create purchase orders for internal departments and conduct regular audits of employment files.
