Go-to-Market Engineer (Remote)

About the role

As a Go-to-Market Engineer at BairesDev, you will design and build the technical backbone that powers modern marketing engines. Working fully remote, you will collaborate with the marketing team to create inbound and outbound tools that generate and qualify leads, while laying the foundation for AI‑driven, personalized growth systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the technical infrastructure that delivers leads today and supports future AI‑driven growth.
• Engineer inbound tooling and pipelines to improve lead capture and qualification.
• Create website de‑anonymization systems to surface anonymous prospects.
• Build personalized outbound infrastructure tailored for hard‑to‑reach SMB markets.
• Collaborate closely with growth, marketing operations, and engineering resources within the marketing team.

Required profile

• Background that blends engineering/coding expertise with business and marketing fundamentals.
• Strong interest or experience applying Generative AI to growth‑marketing tools and systems.
• Comfort delivering technical solutions in a marketing context.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
