Agency Reporting Manager

About the role

Internova Travel Group seeks an Agency Reporting Manager to make travel booking data more usable. The role works across partner agencies and distribution partners to close data gaps, ensure accurate data flow, and support commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Close data gaps by working with partner agencies to onboard them to our data systems.
• Secure data‑sharing agreements from partner agencies worldwide.
• Work with distribution partners to ensure data is received correctly and completely.
• Run regular checks to identify missing or dropped data and resolve issues.
• Maintain a reliable record of agencies so negotiated rates and programmes reach all of them.
• Act as primary contact for agencies on data matters, explaining benefits and addressing concerns.
• Partner with commercial and analytics teams to prioritize work and track progress.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence to work with partners globally.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of travel agency operations and distribution is an advantage.
• Awareness of data privacy considerations is an advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) across multiple platforms.
• Ability to work with large datasets to spot gaps and errors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
