GCP DevOps Engineer – 3‑Month Contract

About the role
We are looking for a GCP DevOps Engineer to join Applaudo on a three‑month contract. You will design, automate and maintain cloud environments on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring they are secure, scalable and highly available.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy and manage Development, QA and Production environments on GCP.
- Automate integration and deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools.
- Configure connectivity between platforms and data sources.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, availability and security.
- Support data migration and processing workflows.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve DevOps practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
Required skills
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure management.
- Docker containerization.
- Kubernetes orchestration (basic to intermediate).
- Design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar tools.
- Monitoring, logging and observability practices.
- Networking, security and access‑management in cloud environments.
