About the role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our digital experience agency. You will help design, build, and ship scalable products that power our clients' brands and platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and develop end‑to‑end product systems across frontend and backend.
- Lead technical initiatives, system design discussions and drive execution from concept to production.
- Improve reliability, scalability and overall engineering velocity of our services.
- Mentor engineers, define and uphold engineering standards.
- Collaborate closely with product, design and leadership teams.
Required profile
- 5+ years of full‑stack engineering experience.
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset and passion for high‑quality code.
Required skills
- React
- TypeScript
- Node.js
- Backend architecture design
- Cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Databases and API development
- Observability and performance monitoring
