Freelance Claims Processing Agent – AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for experienced insurance‑claims professionals to join our AI training platform on a freelance, project‑based basis. You will help evaluate and improve AI systems that automate auto‑insurance claim decisions, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and robust fraud detection.

Key responsibilities

• Assess AI‑generated auto‑insurance claim outcomes for coverage correctness and compliance with state regulations.
• Create First Notice of Loss (FNOL) scenarios that include contradictions, decoy files, and outdated documents to test system resilience.
• Design and grade fraud‑flagging cases using structured reason codes for potential SIU referrals.
• Develop subrogation test cases that apply state‑specific negligence rules and estimate recovery likelihood.
• Document each test case with clear answers, policy citations, and payout calculations.

Required profile

• Degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance claims, legal services, or financial services.
• Recent hands‑on experience in claims adjusting or a closely related role.
• Familiarity with auto‑insurance coverage decisions, state negligence rules, and adjuster authority limits.
• Strong written English proficiency (C1 level or higher).
