Executive Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

This internal position supports U.S.-based clients and is open to candidates located in LATAM, Africa or Eastern Europe who can work U.S. business hours. As an Executive Talent Acquisition Partner you will lead end‑to‑end executive searches for high‑growth and established companies, partnering directly with founders, CEOs, boards and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead executive searches for C‑level and senior leadership roles, including CEO, COO, CFO, CTO, CMO, CRO, VP and Director positions.
• Conduct in‑depth intake meetings with hiring managers and executive stakeholders to define and refine search requirements.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor, providing market insights, compensation benchmarks and talent availability.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies, including outbound recruiting, headhunting and networking with passive candidates.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines across multiple industries and geographic regions.
• Conduct executive‑level interviews and assessments to evaluate leadership capabilities, technical expertise, cultural fit and organizational impact.
• Present qualified candidates with detailed evaluations and recommendations.
• Manage the full candidate experience, from interview coordination to offer negotiation and closing.
• Maintain accurate search documentation, candidate records and pipeline reporting in ATS and CRM systems.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for C‑level and executive leadership positions for U.S.-based companies.
• Proven track record of successfully placing senior executives across various industries and functions.
• Strong experience conducting intake calls and consulting directly with founders, CEOs, boards and hiring managers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely while aligning with U.S. business hours.
