Executive Recruiter

About the role

Join H!KINEX as an Executive Recruiter and take ownership of end‑to‑end searches for U.S.‑based clients across multiple industries. You will work remotely, partnering directly with hiring leaders to source, assess, and place high‑impact talent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with U.S. client recruiting teams to source and pre‑qualify candidates for roles in Medical, Engineering, Technical, Construction, and Legal.
• Generate candidate interest through email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, job postings, and targeted sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial screens, coordinate interviews, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS, LinkedIn Projects, and internal databases.
• Continuously explore new sourcing approaches and build strong pipelines for ongoing searches.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience, including hands‑on work with U.S. candidates (agency or corporate).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to work graveyard or early‑morning shifts aligned with U.S. time zones.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
