ETL Developer – Informatica (Cloud CPI‑PC / IDMC)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ETL Developer with strong expertise in Informatica and cloud data platforms (CPI‑PC or IDMC). The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions that feed enterprise data warehouses and operational data stores.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ETL workflows and mappings using Informatica PowerCenter.
• Translate business requirements into technical ETL solutions.
• Optimize integration processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Extract and load data from relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.
• Perform data profiling, validation, and quality checks.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve ETL job failures in production.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to support reporting and analytics.
• Document ETL processes, technical specifications, and data flow diagrams.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5+ years of hands‑on ETL development experience, primarily with Informatica PowerCenter.
• Strong SQL and database skills, including query tuning and stored procedures.
• Experience with data‑warehousing concepts such as star schema, snowflake, and slowly changing dimensions.
• Familiarity with job‑scheduling tools (Control‑M, Autosys or similar).
• Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and communication abilities.
