Ethics & Integrity Compliance Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Ethics & Integrity Compliance Officer to own and operate dLocal’s Ethics & Integrity Compliance program. The role serves as the first point of contact for third‑party integrity matters, compliance training, related‑party transactions, annual attestations and policy governance, working across global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Global Code of Ethics and Anti‑Corruption Program, answering policy queries and fostering a company‑wide ethics culture.
• Drive review, approval and governance of compliance policies, coordinating stakeholder engagement, board and senior‑management sign‑offs, and maintaining audit‑ready policy inventories.
• Manage the full third‑party due‑diligence lifecycle for vendors, processors, banks and payment partners, including onboarding, AML/KYC checks, sanctions screening and regulatory verification.
• Coordinate onboarding and compliance workflows using project‑management and issue‑tracking platforms, keeping audit‑ready documentation, KYP refresh trackers and escalation records.
• Act as the compliance knowledge base for cross‑functional teams, providing guidance on third‑party risk and supporting process‑optimization initiatives.
• Oversee the company‑wide training platform end‑to‑end, from campaign setup and content development to user administration and global reporting.
• Co‑own the Related Party Transactions framework and policy together with Technical Accounting, Legal and SEC Reporting teams.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage multiple compliance workstreams end‑to-end.
• Strong understanding of third‑party risk across diverse business areas and industries.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.
