About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our DIXIE Aventura Shopping location. The role combines team leadership, sales performance, and customer experience to drive commercial growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, including staff management, sales, cash handling and inventory control.
- Ensure an excellent shopping experience for every customer.
- Develop commercial growth proposals based on key performance indicators such as sales, UPT, average ticket and conversion rates.
- Recruit, train and develop sales and cashier teams.
- Act as the liaison between the store and corporate headquarters, communicating initiatives and feedback.
Required profile
- Strong commercial vision with a focus on customer experience.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Problem‑solving and commercial analysis skills.
- Previous retail experience, preferably in team coordination roles.
- Affinity for fashion trends.
Required skills
- Proficiency with business intelligence tools, specifically Power BI.
