Ejecutivo/a Comercial B2C – Ventas de Seguridad

About the role

The Commercial Executive B2C will promote Prosegur Alarms' electronic security solutions to residential customers and small businesses. This field‑based position requires a proactive approach to generate new business, manage a personal client portfolio, and ensure each sale meets the real safety needs of the customer.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and create new commercial opportunities through cold calling, door‑to‑door visits, and on‑site activities.
• Build, develop, and maintain a personal portfolio of residential and small‑business clients.
• Convert referrals into qualified sales opportunities.
• Assess each prospect’s security requirements and propose the most suitable solution.
• Communicate Prosegur Alarms’ value proposition clearly and convincingly.
• Conduct the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a responsible and transparent sale.
• Follow up on leads and track opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Record all commercial activities in the company’s designated tools and participate in promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Completed high‑school education (Bachillerato).
• Proven experience in B2C sales of recurring products or services.
• Willingness to work extensively in the field and meet commercial objectives.
• Comfort with digital tools and mobile applications for sales management.
• Valid category A driver’s licence.
• Preferred: experience in door‑to‑door sales, self‑generated client portfolios, and referral management.
