Diseñador/a UX/UI

About the role

ThinkUp is looking for a UX/UI Designer to join its team and create simple, useful, and consistent digital experiences. You will translate user needs, business goals, and technology possibilities into web and mobile product solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Understand problems and opportunities from user, business, and technical perspectives.
• Participate in research activities, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Design end‑to‑end solutions including flows, information architecture, wireframes, interfaces, and prototypes for web and mobile.
• Create responsive and mobile experiences for iOS and Android, respecting platform patterns.
• Apply, maintain, and evolve design systems.
• Incorporate accessibility best practices throughout the design process.
• Present work in workshops, meetings, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers in agile teams.
• Prepare handoff, support implementation, and review final product quality.
• Use testing results, metrics, and feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Explore AI tools to enhance and accelerate the design workflow.

Required profile

• More than 3 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Proven experience designing digital products for web and mobile.
• Experience working closely with development teams and delivering handoffs.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem solving, design process, personal contribution, decisions, and outcomes.
• Preferably experience in banking, fintech, or financial products.
• Preferably experience working directly with clients.
