Diseñador/a UX/UI

About the role

ThinkUp is looking for a UX/UI Designer to create simple, useful, and consistent digital experiences for web and mobile products. You will translate user needs, business goals, and technology possibilities into end‑to‑end design solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Understand problems and opportunities from user, business, and technical perspectives.
• Participate in research activities, interviews, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Design complete solutions including flows, information architecture, wireframes, interfaces, and interactive prototypes.
• Create responsive and mobile designs for iOS and Android, respecting platform‑specific patterns.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s design system.
• Incorporate accessibility best practices throughout the design process.
• Present design decisions clearly in workshops, meetings, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers in agile teams.
• Prepare hand‑off materials, support implementation, and review final product quality.
• Use testing results, metrics, and feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Explore AI tools to enhance and accelerate the design workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Proven experience designing digital products for web and mobile.
• Experience working closely with development teams and delivering design hand‑offs.
• Portfolio that showcases problem solving, design process, personal contribution, decisions made, and outcomes.
• Preferably experience in banking, fintech, or financial products and direct client interaction.

• FigJam, Miro or similar collaborative tools.
