Cybersecurity Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Operations Specialist to provide specialized monitoring, security, and operational management services to our clients. The role focuses on early incident detection, proper alert handling, service continuity, and meeting agreed‑upon service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and technically lead managed cybersecurity services, ensuring correct execution, continuity, and technical quality.
• Act as the technical‑operational reference for complex security incidents, guiding the team during daily operations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of cybersecurity incidents, requirements, and events, including analysis, prioritisation, escalation, follow‑up and closure.
• Coordinate containment, mitigation, recovery and improvement actions for identified security risks.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, operational procedures, technical standards and best practices.
• Participate in the implementation, stabilisation and evolution of managed cybersecurity services, contributing to runbooks, procedures and control mechanisms.
• Identify risks, vulnerabilities, recurring incidents and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical and operational documentation, including runbooks, incident records and lessons learned.
• Produce and present operational and technical reports on service status, incidents, trends and improvement actions.
