About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Customer Support Consultant to join SupportYourApp’s remote team serving Latin America. You will provide high‑quality assistance via phone, chat and email, helping customers use our clients’ SaaS, software or hardware solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support through calls, chats and emails.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.
- Stay up‑to‑date with evolving tools, technologies and client solutions.
- Handle sensitive customer data securely and in compliance with privacy standards.
- Collaborate with developers and cross‑functional specialists to resolve issues.
Required profile
- Fluent English and Spanish (minimum C1 level, written and spoken).
- At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role.
- Technical background with basic troubleshooting skills.
- Strong analytical and research abilities.
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
- Personal computer with minimum 8 GB RAM and stable internet (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
Required skills
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (preferred).
