About the role

WPP Production is looking for a meticulous Copy Editor to join its Uruguay office and support international clients. You will ensure that all marketing and pharma‑related content meets brand standards, is error‑free, and complies with industry guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Proofread and edit heavy content, correcting grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Verify that copy follows brand style guides and predefined pharma industry guardrails.
• Create, review, and approve client assets for multiple marketing channels.
• Develop creative briefs and ensure content quality before publication.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary production teams to meet tight deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of advertising, communication, and business processes.
• Experience working with pharma, medical, or scientific content.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
• Willingness to work onsite full‑time for the first three months (09:30‑19:00).
