Coordinator of Volunteers

About the role

The Coordinator of Volunteers is a part‑time remote position responsible for organizing, supporting, and enhancing ENERCON’s volunteer initiatives. You will manage the full volunteer lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to scheduling and ongoing engagement—ensuring volunteers feel valued and aligned with the company’s mission.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and continuously improve volunteer training sessions.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, and retain volunteers across programs and events.
• Maintain accurate volunteer records and manage communication channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify volunteer needs and align resources.
• Support community‑outreach activities and represent ENERCON externally.
• Track participation, measure impact, and prepare reports for improvement.

Required profile

• Strong volunteer management and training abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build an inclusive community.
• Experience in community outreach and partnership development.
• Organizational and time‑management capabilities for handling multiple programs remotely.
• Comfort with digital tools for remote coordination.
• Prior experience in volunteer coordination, nonprofit or community programs is beneficial.
• Relevant education or training in social sciences, communications, management, or related fields is an advantage.
