HR Customer Support & Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated HR Customer Support & Operations Specialist to join our Global HR Operations team. In this high‑volume, frontline role you will manage a fast‑paced ticketing queue, resolve employee inquiries, and execute critical HR transactions within Workday across more than 20 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier‑1 HR support through a case‑management system, handling inquiries from employees, managers and HR staff.
• Investigate and resolve non‑standard HR issues using critical thinking and sound judgment.
• Perform high‑volume data entry, transactions and audits in Workday with strict accuracy.
• Continuously learn and adapt to evolving HR processes, policies and system updates.
• Contribute to user‑guide updates, knowledge‑portal audits, corporate communications review, and Workday release testing.
• Occasionally facilitate training sessions on HR processes and systems.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in HR, customer operations or shared services.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Comfortable using multiple digital systems on a daily basis.
• Strong critical‑thinking ability, high adaptability to change and keen attention to detail.

Required skills

• Workday (HRIS) usage.
• Case‑management system operation.
