Configuration Specialist – Professional Services

About the role

We are looking for motivated, detail‑oriented Configuration Specialists to join our Professional Services team in an offshore or nearshore capacity. You will work closely with on‑shore implementation consultants to configure the Mortgage Cadence Platform (MCP) for clients in the mortgage lending industry, supporting the full implementation lifecycle from setup to go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Execute configuration tasks across core platform setup, workflow, document/imaging, reporting, and system integrations.
• Support on‑shore consultants throughout requirements gathering, design‑and‑build, testing, UAT, and go‑live phases.
• Contribute to Statements of Work, configuration documentation, and implementation estimates under on‑shore direction.
• Resolve tickets and defects, following triage and escalation protocols.
• Maintain accurate configuration progress records in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Smartsheet.
• Follow defined naming conventions, quality checklists, and configuration standards.
• Collaborate with on‑shore team members via daily/weekly touchpoints and asynchronous communication.
• Support internal automation and AI‑assisted implementation initiatives.

Required profile

• Technical background in mortgage technology, loan‑origination systems, or enterprise software configuration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in an offshore/nearshore setting.
• Experience supporting full‑cycle software implementations.
