Chief Credit Officer – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI models that assist finance experts. You will evaluate AI chatbot answers, test their logic, and provide feedback to improve model quality. This remote contractor position lets you work on flexible projects from home.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Check the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each new AI version smarter and more reliable.
• Give AI chatbots diverse problems and evaluate their performance for correctness and relevance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Professional experience in finance, preferably with an MBA or advanced degree, or equivalent real‑world expertise.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD is preferred but not mandatory.
