About the role

Join BairesDev’s Talent organization as a Career Framework Specialist, working 100% remotely. You will design and maintain the career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families that guide the growth of Talent roles across a global tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update, and maintain career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families for Talent roles.
• Build clear role definitions, responsibilities, and seniority distinctions.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability across all Talent‑related structures.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to align frameworks with business needs.
• Document and communicate updates in a globally usable format.
• Support audits and Talent processes by keeping role architectures accurate and standardized.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Business Analysis, or Job Architecture.
• Proven experience designing career paths, job families, or role architectures.
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex information into clear frameworks.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross‑functional HR or Talent teams.

• Notion or Confluence.
• Miro or Lucidchart.
