Auxiliar Contable – Gestión Integral de Procesos Contables

About the role

The company is looking for a qualified Public Accountant to join the finance team as an Accounting Assistant. The role involves full‑cycle accounting and tax responsibilities, working directly with management and operating with a high degree of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Record and analyze accounting entries.
• Perform account reconciliations and support month‑end balance sheet closing.
• Prepare and file tax returns and related liquidations.
• Control and organize supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with the director on financial reporting and other accounting tasks.

Required profile

• Degree in Public Accounting.
• 2–3 years of experience in similar accounting positions.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, balance closing and tax liquidation.
• Ability to work independently, result‑oriented and proactive.
• Residence in San José or nearby areas; occasional travel within the country.
