Assistant Treasurer - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance teams. You will use your expertise in macro‑economics, corporate finance, and capital markets to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI assistants.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers to finance‑related questions.
• Check the logic, correctness, and performance of AI outputs.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model improvements.
• Deliver diverse and challenging problems to assess AI capabilities.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
• Professional experience in finance, corporate finance, or capital markets.
