Assistant Portfolio Manager – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI assistants that support finance teams. In this remote contractor position you will apply your financial expertise to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI chatbots handling macro‑economic, corporate finance, and capital‑markets queries.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI assistant responses to complex finance‑related questions.
• Design and present challenging, real‑world scenarios to test model reasoning.
• Provide clear, structured feedback on model performance and accuracy.
• Measure progress of AI models and identify areas for improvement.

Required profile

• Fluent English with bilingual‑level proficiency.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current or completed Master’s/PhD in a finance‑related field is preferred but not mandatory.
