About the role

We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to support the Purchasing Manager in the full‑cycle procurement process. The role is based on‑site at our branch on Ruta 101, opposite the airport, and works Monday‑Friday, 9 am‑6 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage local and international purchases of merchandise for resale and internal supplies such as stationery and cleaning products.
• Coordinate with national and foreign suppliers, customs brokers, insurance providers and other parties involved in import operations.
• Track import procedures through to receipt and customs clearance, ensuring proper documentation.
• Enter and maintain purchase data in the company ERP system (NODUM), keeping records up‑to‑date.
• Support administrative tasks related to procurement, including order processing and filing.

Required profile

• Previous experience in purchasing and import processes.
• Education or training related to foreign trade is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using ERP systems; familiarity with NODUM is valued.
