AI Trainer – Wealth Advisor (Finance AI)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance experts. You will use your knowledge of macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets to improve the reasoning and accuracy of AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Review and refine AI Assistant answers on finance‑related topics.
• Check the logic, correctness, and performance of AI outputs.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to guide model improvements.
• Deliver diverse and challenging problems to AI chatbots and assess their responses.

Required profile

• Bilingual‑level fluency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Advanced degree (MBA or higher) or substantial professional finance experience.
• Current or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
• Independent contractor willing to work remotely.
