AI Trainer – Treasury Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train AI models that assist finance teams. You will evaluate AI chatbot answers, test their logic, and provide feedback to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Validate the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs using your finance expertise.
• Challenge models with complex, real‑world scenarios and edge cases.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each model iteration smarter and more reliable.
• Give AI chatbots diverse problems and assess their performance for correctness and relevance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD preferred but not mandatory.
