AI Trainer – Fund Management Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI chatbots that assist finance teams. You will review AI-generated answers, test the models with complex financial scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve their accuracy and reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Use your finance expertise to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs.
• Challenge the models with real‑world edge cases and complex scenarios.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to make each AI version smarter and more reliable.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and relevance.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Master’s/PhD in a finance‑related field (preferred but not required).
• Professional experience in financial analysis, modeling, or data analysis.
