About the role

Join Toloka as a freelance AI Trainer, helping cutting‑edge generative AI models understand real‑world content. You will work remotely on short‑term projects that involve reviewing and labeling text, images, or video data.

Key responsibilities

• Carefully review provided data (text, images, or videos) according to project guidelines.
• Label or classify content to train AI systems.
• Identify and flag factually incorrect, sensitive, inappropriate, or unclear material.
• Participate in project‑based work that becomes available only when specific AI projects are active.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of professional experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), both written and spoken.
• Strong logical thinking, fact‑checking, and reasoning abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
• Good communication skills and genuine interest in technology and AI.
