AI Trainer – Finance Specialist (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to help train and evaluate AI Assistant models that support finance teams. As an independent contractor you will work remotely, reviewing AI responses, testing complex financial scenarios, and providing structured feedback to improve model accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant answers on macro trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Design and present diverse, real‑world financial problems to test model reasoning.
• Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, logical consistency, and performance.
• Document edge cases and provide clear, actionable feedback for model refinement.

Required profile

• Fluent English (bilingual‑level proficiency).
• Detail‑oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Current or completed Master’s/PhD in a finance‑related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Professional experience in finance, corporate finance, or capital markets.
