Agentic Software Engineer (Google Antigravity) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for an Agentic Software Engineer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on project‑based assignments. You will become an integral part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers while leveraging Google Antigravity to drive AI‑first development.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and contribute to full‑stack development.
• Use Google Antigravity as the primary environment to coordinate AI‑generated code across large, multi‑file systems.
• Translate complex product requirements into AI‑friendly specifications and maintain architectural oversight.
• Design, implement, and iterate AI‑first development workflows from specification through deployment.
• Conduct disciplined human‑in‑the‑loop reviews and risk‑adjusted validation for safety‑critical flows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support asynchronous collaboration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep understanding of full‑stack architectures and experience across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Proven experience using Google Antigravity and delivering production software where AI generates most implementation code.
• Strong context‑engineering skills for structuring codebases, specifications, and documentation.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week remotely with a positive, can‑do attitude.
