Senior Full Stack Engineer Node.js

About the role

We're looking for a pragmatic Full Stack Engineer to help build the next generation of payments and wealth‑management products. You will design and deliver end‑to‑end features, focusing on performance, reliability and an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain APIs and integrations with banks, payment processors, custodians and other financial providers.
• Create web interfaces such as merchant dashboards, investment platforms, back‑office tools and onboarding flows.
• Address complex financial‑system challenges including idempotency, transactional consistency, reconciliation, security and data protection.
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to translate needs into clear technical solutions and roadmaps.
• Own production releases, including monitoring, debugging and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience building web applications and APIs in production.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with Node.js, NestJS and TypeScript.
• Frontend experience with modern frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, data modelling, queries, transactions and performance optimisation.
• Ability to understand client problems and make informed technical decisions.
• Initiative, ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
• Clear communication with technical and non‑technical audiences, including clients.
• Professional English for daily interaction with international clients.
