Agentic Python Engineer – Remote – Latin America

About the role

FullStackFullStack is seeking an Agentic Python Engineer to join its talent network and work on remote, project‑based assignments for U.S. clients across Latin America. You will become an integral part of client teams, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client development teams and contribute to ongoing projects.
• Develop backend services using Python and frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Leverage AI engineering tools (e.g., OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI) to accelerate coding and review AI‑generated code for quality and performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and help resolve complex technical challenges.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven track record with Python and modern web frameworks.
• Experience with AI‑assisted or agentic development workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to take extreme ownership of work.
