Agentic AWS DevOps Engineer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for an Agentic AWS DevOps Engineer to join our client’s engineering team remotely from Latin America. You will work side‑by‑side with designers and developers, delivering cloud‑native solutions and automating operations using AI‑enhanced tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for cloud‑native applications.
• Implement infrastructure‑as‑code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Manage containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Monitor, log and observe systems using CloudWatch, Prometheus and Grafana.
• Optimize AWS environments (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, EKS) for performance, scalability and cost.
• Apply security best practices and compliance standards.
• Automate routine tasks with Python or Bash scripts and Agentic AI tools.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and take extreme ownership of deliverables.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional DevOps engineering experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Proven experience with AWS services and cloud‑native architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, IaC, Docker, Kubernetes and monitoring tools.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and ability to work 40 hours per week remotely.
