About the role

Pento is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the trusted point of contact for its clients. The role focuses on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong, trust‑based relationships with assigned clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring clients feel heard and supported.
• Proactively identify opportunities, risks, and needs within each account.
• Map and manage relationships across different stakeholders within client organisations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in management roles (account management a plus but not required).
• Proven ability to juggle priorities, work with different teams, and follow through on tasks.
• Natural relationship‑builder: friendly, organised, and strong communicator.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Full‑time availability.
