Affiliate Support Agent (Portuguese Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a driven Affiliate Support Agent who speaks Portuguese to join a fast‑paced, on‑site team supporting affiliates, Introducing Brokers and partners for an internationally recognised multi‑asset broker.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for affiliates, IBs and partners, handling support tickets, emails and operational inquiries.
• Assist affiliates with onboarding, account requests and commission or rebate questions.
• Escalate complex or operational issues to the appropriate internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records, ticket categorisation and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Compliance, Product and Marketing.
• Meet agreed service, quality, productivity and response‑time KPIs.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Customer Support, Affiliate Support, Operations or Sales Support (advantage).
• Experience in Forex, Financial Services, FinTech, Online Trading or Affiliate Operations (advantage).
• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and verbal); Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment with strong attention to detail.
