Account Executive – Sales & Client Management

About the role

Rentokil Initial, an international leader in hygiene and pest‑control services, is looking for an Account Executive to join its commercial team in Montevideo. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities, expanding the client portfolio, and achieving sales targets while delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new commercial opportunities.
• Manage and develop an existing client portfolio.
• Conduct visits, meetings and follow‑up activities with customers.
• Identify client needs and prepare proposals and budgets.
• Keep client information up‑to‑date in NODUM, HubSpot and other management tools.
• Meet established sales objectives and targets.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.

Required profile

• Complete secondary education.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in services.
• Experience in prospecting and portfolio development.
• Proficiency with computer tools and CRM systems.
• Valid category A driver’s license; own vehicle is a plus.
