Tech Lead / Architect

About the role

ThinkUp is looking for a Tech Lead / Architect with solid experience in banking or fintech. The role focuses on architecture rather than a specific tech stack, requiring deep technical knowledge, infrastructure vision, and the ability to lead a team in demanding environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define system architectures and technology solutions in close coordination with clients and business owners.
• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of critical systems.
• Translate business and product requirements into viable technical solutions.
• Act as the technical reference for the team, promoting best‑engineering practices.
• Facilitate collaboration between development teams and product stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in software architecture.
• Proven experience in banking or fintech projects.
• Experience leading technical teams.
• Background with distributed architectures, API design, and high‑availability systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools applied to development or technical management.
