About the role
Paymentology is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between our global payments platform and the needs of banks and fintechs worldwide. You will combine deep technical expertise with commercial insight to drive new client acquisition and expand existing relationships across more than 60 countries.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions to capture client ambitions, requirements, and decision criteria.
- Prepare and deliver tailored product demos that showcase platform capabilities.
- Develop proposals and manage technical RFP responses in partnership with Product, Technology, and Compliance teams.
- Design high‑level solution architectures, including integrations, workflows, and system alignment.
- Ensure solutions meet regional compliance and infrastructure requirements.
- Identify expansion opportunities, deliver workshops, and provide post‑sale technical support.
- Coordinate cross‑functional RFP processes and maintain governance on deal structures.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical pre‑sales, or solution architecture within fintech or payments.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical proposals and driving deal success.
