Sales Development Representative

About the role

Paymentology is seeking a Sales Development Representative to accelerate growth across fintech, retail banking and digital banking markets. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and qualifying prospects, using data‑driven outreach to build strong relationships with decision‑makers and generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target key contacts at fintechs, retail banks and digital banks within assigned territories.
• Conduct multi‑channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to initiate conversations and qualify leads.
• Utilise HubSpot CRM and AI‑driven outreach tools to track interactions, manage campaigns and ensure timely follow‑ups.
• Apply a consultative sales approach to understand prospect needs and align Paymentology’s solutions.
• Schedule and coordinate high‑value meetings between prospects and the sales team, ensuring a smooth hand‑off.
• Represent Paymentology at industry events such as Money 20/20, Singapore Fintech Festival and Seamless Africa.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and provide weekly progress reports.
