Sales Closer (Remote, Commission‑Only)

About the role

We are looking for motivated, commission‑only sales professionals to join our fast‑growing team. This remote position focuses on outbound prospecting, conversation building, and closing B2B deals across multiple product lines. Success is driven by activity, so high performers can earn up to $30k per month.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and contact business owners, managers, and decision‑makers via calls and emails.
• Present products and services clearly and confidently.
• Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate solutions.
• Book qualified appointments, demos, or sales conversations.
• Manage leads, follow‑ups, and activity through our CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly activity goals while working independently.

Required profile

• Motivated by uncapped commission and comfortable with outbound calling.
• Self‑disciplined, results‑driven, and able to work without constant supervision.
• Professional, coachable, and comfortable handling rejection.
• Prior experience in sales, business development, appointment setting, or closing (B2B preferred).

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM platform.
