About the role

You will be the owner of the company’s technology backbone, overseeing corporate IT, security, compliance, internal automation, and cloud infrastructure. The role drives the journey toward SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification, becoming the go‑to reference for all security and infrastructure matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT service management (ITSM) processes including triage, SLA enforcement, and reporting.
• Oversee identity and access management for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, and support endpoints across macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Lead the roadmap to SOC 2 / ISO 27001, governing IAM and credential management.
• Develop internal automation using Python, Node.js and TypeScript.
• Design, monitor, and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (including backup, cost control, and CI/CD support).
• Handle vendor relationships and maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading or operating ITSM functions.
• Hands‑on expertise with Linux systems and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), including backup and monitoring solutions.
• Experience managing identity and endpoint solutions in corporate environments.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Node/JavaScript.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Degree in an IT‑related field.
