About the role

As a Senior Project Manager (IT) at BairesDev, you will lead multiple large‑scale technology projects, focusing on staff augmentation and software delivery. You will work with cross‑functional, highly skilled technical teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure top‑tier project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support strategic plans for technology implementation to sustain organizational effectiveness.
• Plan, monitor, and guide projects, providing coaching and enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Foster a dependable, communicative work environment to retain staff and build personal connections.
• Manage capacity planning, forecast project profitability, and enhance billable utilization.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships and deliver value to stakeholders.
• Propose IT strategies, policies, and procedures based on organizational outcomes and trends.
• Achieve financial objectives by predicting results, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and taking corrective actions.
• Establish and enforce organizational standards to preserve quality service.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in engineering management roles.
• Excellent communication skills and client‑oriented mindset.
• Advanced experience with financials, budget management, and Agile methodologies.
• Extensive people‑management experience, including performance improvement and attrition management.
• Deep technical expertise and comprehensive IT industry background.
• Advanced level of English.
