Key responsibilities

• Negotiate terms and solutions with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies.
• Support sales administration by processing documentation, updating records, and tracking interactions.
• Analyze client data to spot trends, improve service delivery, and recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that boost client engagement and retention.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong focus on customer interaction.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities; bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and ability to interpret client data.
• Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration and understanding of HIPAA regulations.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and organization.
