Remote Cold Calling Rep - US Market (Independent Contractor)

About the role

Sellfire offers a remote, independent contractor position for sales professionals to make outbound calls to US B2B tech companies and book qualified meetings. The role is paid 100% commission in USD, with no fixed hours: you choose your schedule between 8 AM and 9 PM US Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, and pick which customer programs you call. It suits both experienced sales people and those starting a sales career.

Key responsibilities

• Make live outbound calls to fast-growing B2B tech companies, reaching gatekeepers and decision-makers.
• Use Sellfire's AI-enabled platform, which handles lead lists, call prep, dialing and coaching insights.
• Book qualified meetings for the customers' sales teams.
• Receive call-by-call feedback and coaching from Logic-Based Selling, the company's calling methodology.

Required profile

• Based outside the United States, with strong spoken English.
• Students, recent graduates or anyone with extra time ready to start a sales career.
• Experienced sales professionals (SDR, BDR, inside sales, call center or telesales) who want uncapped commission; experience calling US customers is a plus.
• Competitive, coachable, comfortable hearing "no", and a clear, confident speaker.
• A quiet place to work, a reliable computer, a headset and stable internet (a short equipment check is required).
