Project Manager – Client Partner Team

About the role

Wild Fi is looking for a Project Manager to join its Client Partner team in Montevideo. You will coordinate daily projects and always‑on campaigns, ensuring smooth delivery and high performance for our communication partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed tactical plans and schedules for daily projects and ongoing campaigns.
• Allocate resources, assign briefs to the right talent based on capacity, and manage daily task traffic.
• Lead daily check‑ins with internal teams to track progress and meet delivery dates.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks such as missing assets or delayed feedback proactively.
• Interpret performance metrics and propose improvement actions.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in digital agencies or similar environments managing projects or performance campaigns.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Required skills

• Project management tools: Notion, Asana, Jira, Monday, COR.
• Knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem, especially paid media.
