Lead Data Analyst (Marketing Performance)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, execution‑oriented Lead Data Analyst to drive data‑powered growth across our client’s marketing channels. Working closely with marketers, senior leaders, and cross‑functional teams, you will optimize the performance marketing engine to acquire, engage, and retain customers through an omni‑channel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the analytics strategy and roadmap for Global Performance Marketing.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, data‑backed recommendations for senior leadership, influencing Growth, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Identify growth opportunities and risks using ROI and incrementality techniques to guide resource allocation.
• Deliver regular executive reporting on key metrics, highlighting successes, risks, and proactive solutions.

Required profile

• Extensive analytics experience with paid search, digital advertising, and performance marketing.
• Strong business acumen, strategic mindset, and bias for action.
• Proven ability to turn data into measurable marketing impact and communicate findings to senior audiences.
• Experience designing and analyzing marketing experiments and driving continuous learning.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Hands‑on experience with SEM payback modeling and conversion metric monitoring.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce lead and opportunity data structures.
• Familiarity with modern data collaboration tools like Hex or dbt.
