Marketing Manager

About the role

HELI, a leading global forklift manufacturer, is expanding its presence in South America and seeks a Marketing Manager to drive regional brand positioning, generate high‑value leads, and support business development across key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand positioning and content strategy, creating premium Spanish‑language materials and case studies.
• Target top‑tier accounts in ports, large manufacturers, logistics firms and other strategic industries to expand customer engagement.
• Plan and manage high‑level marketing events, including seminars, conferences and executive meetings, handling end‑to‑end logistics and VIP hospitality.
• Build and nurture relationships with chambers of commerce, industry associations, government agencies, distributors and enterprise clients.
• Conduct market intelligence research on the forklift and material‑handling sector, competitor activity and regional trade policies; prepare strategic reports and manage the regional marketing budget.
• Collaborate closely with headquarters in China and local South American teams to ensure brand alignment, product localization and market‑share growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is a plus.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in forklift, heavy machinery, industrial equipment or logistics sectors.
• Proven track record working across South American markets (Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Brazil) and engaging premium client segments.
